Refund Policy

Digital Training uses Paypal (UK) Limited to process all of our debit and credit card payments.

We only take payments in UK GBP £000.00 uk pound sterling.

Digital Training Limited - have a No Refund Policy, but under special written circumstances, management will evaluate customers circumstances which are put in writing on a case by case basis.

Our Consulting man days, all hardware and software, websites creations / software development services , broadband / fibre internet, computer network devices or anyother data security solution must be fully paid in advance of booking by credit card / debit card / cheque / bank transfer, or via an alternative business to business signed written contract is required, to facilitate the service delivery agreement for the client.

Our Training Courses must be fully paid in advance of booking your place and no refunds are given, but pre-paid training course places can be moved to a later date.

On Demand - Digital Assets and downloadable software licences cannot be refunded.

All Meeting Room Hire must be fully paid in advance of the booking and the refund policy for meeting room bookings only, is that client must send cancellation in writing 2 working days or 48 hours prior before date and time of the meeting room booking.

Our Office Meeting Room is open Monday to Friday and for special bookings over the weekend.

If we cease to provide the consulting, solutions, courses or products and payment is taken in error, we will provide a refund after our associated costs have been deducted.
